Our Bakery
After immigrating to Canada, I met my business partner to create an organic bakery since 2003. During this period, many people were looking for gluten-free food, but it was very difficult.
One day, I met a lady who looks very sick. She told me: she only has eaten gluten-free foods, but she hard to find foods to eat. She asked if I could help her to make some gluten-free food, she will be very grateful to me. So my bakery began to change from organic to gluten-free at that time.
And now I have had over 15 years of experience in this field and have dispersed our products across all of Calgary. Our products are already very unique and innovative, because other bakeries can't make products like us (no gluten, dairy and eggs). They are not only delicious, but also nutritious. If my recipe has not match for your diet, I will be willing to create a recipe for you.
